2. Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly:

  • Account information: name, email address, company name
  • Deal and pipeline data you enter into Trinco
  • Communication data if you contact us for support

We collect information automatically:

  • Log data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, timestamps
  • Usage data: features used, actions taken within the product
  • Cookies and similar tracking technologies (see Section 5)

3. How we use your information

  • To provide, operate, and improve the Trinco service
  • To send you product updates, nudges, and notifications you've opted into
  • To respond to support requests
  • To detect and prevent fraud or abuse

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not use your deal or sales data to train AI models without your explicit consent.

Your data is stored on Cloudflare's infrastructure, which operates globally including data centres in Canada and the United States. We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest.

5. Cookies

We use essential cookies required for authentication and session management. We may use analytics cookies to understand how the product is used. You can disable non-essential cookies in your browser settings; this may affect product functionality.

6. Third-party services

We use the following third-party services to operate Trinco:

  • Cloudflare — infrastructure, CDN, and database
  • Anthropic — AI features (Claude API)
  • Slack — optional integration for deal nudges

Each provider's privacy policy governs their processing of your data.

7. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you
  • Correct inaccurate information
  • Delete your account and associated data
  • Export your data in a portable format
  • Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent

8. Data retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal information within 90 days, except where we are required to retain it by law.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice in the product. Continued use of Trinco after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
